Overview
TPX-113 is an allogeneic cell therapy consisting of cultured mucosal cells, currently under development by Tego Science. It is designed for the treatment of oral mucosal defects, aiming to facilitate the repair and regeneration of damaged oral tissues. As an allogeneic product, TPX-113 utilizes cells derived from a donor rather than the patient, which allows for standardized manufacturing and potential "off-the-shelf" clinical availability. This distinguishes it from autologous therapies, such as TPX-112, which require patient-specific cell harvesting. TPX-113 is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
