TPX-114 and TPX-115 are investigational dermal fibroblast-based cell therapies developed by Tego Science for the treatment of rotator cuff tears. TPX-114 is an autologous cell therapy designed for full-thickness rotator cuff tears, administered locally during arthroscopic surgery to promote tendon tissue regeneration. TPX-115 is an allogeneic cell therapy formulated with dermal fibroblasts in a hyaluronic acid-based medium, delivered via ultrasound-guided intra-tendinous injection for partial-thickness rotator cuff tears. Both therapies aim to address the limitations of conventional conservative treatments by actively repairing the structure and mechanical strength of the damaged tendon. TPX-114 has completed Phase 3 clinical testing in South Korea, while TPX-115 is undergoing Phase 2b/3 trials in South Korea and Phase 2 trials in the United States.
