TPX-115 is an allogeneic dermal-derived fibroblast cell therapy developed by Tego Science for the treatment of partial-thickness rotator cuff tears. It is administered via intra-tendinous injection and aims to promote tendon repair in patients who have not responded to conservative treatments.
