Overview

TQ-1003 is an experimental in vivo CAR-T cell therapy being developed by TQ Therapeutics for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. Using the company’s proprietary EXiVO platform, the therapy delivers genetic material encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) directly to T cells within the patient's body, circumventing the traditional, resource-intensive ex vivo manufacturing process. TQ-1003 is engineered to target cells expressing C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CXCR5), a protein frequently overexpressed in various B-cell lymphomas and leukemias. By generating CAR-T cells in situ, TQ-1003 aims to provide a more scalable and rapidly deployable treatment option for patients with hemato-oncological diseases.
