TQ-A3334 is a selective, oral small molecule agonist of toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) being developed for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). By activating TLR7, TQ-A3334 induces the production of cytokines and chemokines such as interferon-alpha (IFN-α) and IFN-inducible protein-10 (IP-10), which are believed to help inhibit hepatitis B virus replication.
