TQ-B211 + docetaxel is a combination therapy consisting of TQ-B211, a trastuzumab biosimilar developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group, and the chemotherapy agent docetaxel. TQ-B211 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the extracellular domain of HER2 (ERBB2), inhibiting its signaling and mediating antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). Docetaxel is a taxane-class chemotherapeutic that disrupts microtubule function, inhibiting cell division. This combination is primarily investigated for first-line treatment of HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer and has also been studied in neoadjuvant settings for early-stage disease. Clinical studies have shown comparable efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity between this regimen and reference trastuzumab (Herceptin) plus docetaxel[5][7][8].
