Overview

TQA3810 is a novel, highly selective small molecule oral agonist of Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8). It is being developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, both as monotherapy and in combination with nucleoside analogues. The drug acts by activating TLR8, which plays a role in modulating immune responses against viral infections. Clinical trials have evaluated its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
