Overview

TQB2101 is an **antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)** targeting **receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1)**, a transmembrane protein in the type I receptor tyrosine kinase family. ROR1 is minimally expressed in normal adult tissues but highly expressed in a variety of malignancies, including hematological cancers, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and ovarian cancer. TQB2101 is designed to selectively bind to ROR1-positive tumors, delivering a cytotoxic payload directly to malignant cells while sparing normal tissues. Preclinical data showed anti-tumor activity in multiple ROR1-positive tumor models with a favorable safety profile. The drug is being developed for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors and is currently in early-phase clinical trials in China[1][3][5][7][9].
