Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2102 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed for the treatment of HER2-expressing cancers. It consists of a recombinant humanized bispecific anti-HER2 antibody that binds simultaneously to two distinct HER2 epitopes (ECD4 and ECD2), an enzyme-cleavable linker, and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. This structure enables targeted delivery of the cytotoxic payload to tumor cells overexpressing HER2, combining high specificity with potent anti-tumor activity. The drug is being developed primarily for advanced solid tumors, including breast cancer (HER2-positive and low-expression), gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, gynecological cancers, and non-small cell lung cancer with HER2 gene abnormalities[1][3][4][5][6].
