Overview

TQB2210 is a **humanized monoclonal antibody** that specifically targets **fibroblast growth factor receptor 2b** (FGFR2b). By binding with high specificity to FGFR2b, TQB2210 blocks the FGFR2b-mediated signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting tumor growth. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of **advanced malignant tumors** characterized by FGFR2b overexpression, including advanced **gastric cancer** and **gastroesophageal junction cancer**. As of mid-2025, TQB2210 is undergoing **Phase 1 clinical trials** to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in humans[1][3][5][7]. It is considered a new molecular entity and is classified as an antineoplastic and immunotherapy agent[5].
