Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2252 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3 (LAG-3) and Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1). Developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group (a subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical), it is designed to simultaneously block two key immune checkpoints that contribute to T-cell exhaustion in the tumor microenvironment. By inhibiting both LAG-3 and the PD-1/PD-L1 axis, TQB2252 aims to restore the anti-tumor activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes more effectively than monotherapy. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors and lymphomas.
