Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2303 + CHOP is a combination regimen consisting of **TQB2303** (an investigational anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody) plus the established CHOP chemotherapy protocol. CHOP includes **cyclophosphamide** (an alkylating agent), **doxorubicin** (an anthracycline antibiotic), **vincristine** (a vinca alkaloid), and **prednisone** (a corticosteroid). The addition of TQB2303, which is designed to target the CD20 antigen on B cells, is intended to improve therapeutic efficacy in B-cell lymphomas compared with CHOP alone. TQB2303 is developed to be a biosimilar or analog of rituximab and is under clinical investigation primarily for **non-Hodgkin lymphoma** (NHL), particularly **diffuse large B-cell lymphoma** (DLBCL).
