TQB2825 + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin

TQB2825 is a bispecific antibody (BiTE) targeting CD20 and CD3, developed for the treatment of hematological malignancies such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. It functions by simultaneously binding to CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby redirecting cytotoxic T lymphocytes to target and kill malignant B cells. The drug is being investigated in combination with chemotherapy agents such as gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in clinical trials for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The primary developers are Nanjing Shunxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. Gemcitabine is a nucleoside analog used as an antimetabolite chemotherapeutic agent that inhibits DNA synthesis, while oxaliplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that induces DNA crosslinking leading to apoptosis.
