Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2930 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets two distinct epitopes on the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2; ErbB2), specifically binding to the same domains as trastuzumab (extracellular domain 4) and pertuzumab (extracellular domain 2)[1][3]. It is designed for immunomodulating and antineoplastic activity in HER2-positive cancers, particularly breast cancer. Clinical studies have shown that TQB2930 is well tolerated and demonstrates promising single-agent anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer who have failed standard anti-HER2 therapies[2][3][5]. The drug has been evaluated in phase 1b/II trials both as monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy. The developer of TQB2930 is Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group/Nanjing Shunxin Pharmaceutical.
