TQB2930 + oxaliplatin + capecitabine is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of HER2-positive unresectable locally advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer. TQB2930 is a biparatopic bispecific antibody developed by Chia Tai Tianqing that simultaneously targets two non-overlapping epitopes (ECD2 and ECD4) of the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), leading to dual signal blockade and enhanced receptor internalization. Oxaliplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy agent that forms DNA cross-links, inhibiting replication and transcription. Capecitabine is an oral prodrug of 5-fluorouracil that inhibits thymidylate synthase, interfering with DNA synthesis. This combination aims to provide synergistic anti-tumor activity by combining targeted HER2 inhibition with cytotoxic chemotherapy.
