Overview

TQB2930 + TQB3616 + fulvestrant is an investigational combination regimen for the treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer, especially hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative breast cancer. - TQB2930 is an anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody (immune checkpoint inhibitor) under development for solid tumors, including breast cancer[4][5][7]. - TQB3616 is a novel, potent, and selective small-molecule cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor designed to block the CDK4/6-retinoblastoma pathway, thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation, particularly in HR-positive breast cancer[1][2][6][7]. - Fulvestrant is a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) approved for use in HR-positive metastatic breast cancer; it binds and accelerates degradation of the estrogen receptor, inhibiting downstream signaling. This combination aims to simultaneously target endocrine signaling (fulvestrant), cell cycle progression (TQB3616), and immune evasion (TQB2930/PD-L1 inhibition), thus providing a multi-modal approach to breast cancer therapy. All components are being developed or are marketed by ChiaTai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group (part of Sino Biopharm) in China[1][2][6][7]. Clinical trials exploring this combination are ongoing, but it is not yet approved.
