Overview

TQB3015 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Src homology region 2 domain-containing phosphatase 2 (SHP2), developed by Chia Tai-Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. SHP2 is a non-receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase that plays a critical role in the RAS/MAPK signaling pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in various cancers. By inhibiting SHP2, TQB3015 aims to suppress tumor growth and overcome resistance to other targeted therapies, such as KRAS or EGFR inhibitors. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors.
