Overview

TQB3201 is an orally administered targeted protein chimera (PROTAC) drug designed to degrade the **androgen receptor** in cancer cells. One end of the molecule binds the androgen receptor, while the other end binds the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) via a linker, facilitating ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of the androgen receptor. TQB3201 is under development for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer and is being studied in phase 1 clinical trials to assess safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics[1].
