Overview

TQB3303 is an orally bioavailable small molecule that selectively inhibits cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) and cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6), key regulators of the cell cycle. By inhibiting CDK4/6, TQB3303 blocks cell cycle progression from the G1 to S phase, thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors and has demonstrated potential antineoplastic activity in preclinical studies. The drug is currently in early clinical development and has not yet been approved for any indication[1][2][3].
