Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB3558 is an orally available small molecule inhibitor of tropomyosin receptor kinases (Trk), including TrkA, TrkB, and TrkC. It is being developed for its potential antineoplastic activity and as a treatment for cancer pain. By inhibiting the activity of these kinases, which are involved in the growth and survival of certain cancer cells as well as pain signaling pathways, TQB3558 may suppress tumor progression and alleviate cancer-related pain. The drug is under development by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group.
