TQB3562 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody developed by Jiangsu Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It is designed to simultaneously target CD47 and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). The CD47-binding component blocks the "don't eat me" signal by preventing the interaction between CD47 on tumor cells and SIRPα on macrophages, while the HER2-binding component ensures the antibody preferentially targets HER2-positive cancer cells. This dual targeting mechanism is intended to enhance the phagocytic activity of macrophages against tumor cells and minimize the "off-target" effects on healthy cells, such as red blood cells, which also express CD47. TQB3562 is currently in early-phase clinical development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
