Overview

TQB3702 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), developed for its potential antineoplastic and immunomodulatory activities. By selectively targeting and inhibiting BTK, a key enzyme in B-cell receptor signaling pathways, TQB3702 disrupts processes essential for the survival and proliferation of malignant B cells. The drug is being investigated primarily for the treatment of B-cell malignancies such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and hematologic neoplasms, as well as autoimmune diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus. The drug is developed and manufactured by Sino Biopharmaceutical. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate its efficacy both as monotherapy and in combination with immunochemotherapy regimens.
