Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB3811 is a second-generation, selective tropomyosin receptor kinase (TRK) inhibitor developed by Chia Tai-Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. It is designed to inhibit the kinase activity of TRKA, TRKB, and TRKC, including variants with secondary drug-resistant mutations that often arise after treatment with first-generation TRK inhibitors. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, particularly those harboring NTRK gene fusions or resistance mutations.
