Overview

TQB3820 is an orally bioavailable small molecule that acts as a cereblon (CRBN) modulator, targeting the cullin 4-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. By binding to cereblon, TQB3820 promotes the recruitment, ubiquitination, and subsequent proteasomal degradation of hematopoietic transcription factors Ikaros (IKZF1) and Aiolos (IKZF3). This mechanism leads to immunomodulatory and antineoplastic effects by correcting immune dysregulation mediated by B cells. TQB3820 is being developed primarily for hematological malignancies such as relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma[1][2][5].
