TQB3824

TQB3824 is a small-molecule inhibitor of cell division cycle 7 (CDC7) kinase. CDC7 is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a critical role in the initiation of DNA replication and maintenance of DNA replication forks, as well as the DNA damage response pathway. By inhibiting CDC7 activity, TQB3824 disrupts DNA replication and mitosis, leading to tumor cell apoptosis and inhibition of tumor proliferation—particularly in tumors with CDC7 overexpression. Preclinical studies have shown strong antitumor efficacy in solid tumor models with high CDC7 expression. The drug is being developed for the treatment of advanced cancers and solid tumors[1][2][3][5][7].
