Overview

TQB3911 is a small molecule BCR::ABL1 allosteric inhibitor developed for the treatment of BCR::ABL fusion gene-positive leukemia, including chronic myeloid leukemia. It acts by occupying the myristyl binding site of the BCR::ABL1 fusion protein, thereby restoring inhibition of its kinase activity and ultimately suppressing tumor cell proliferation. TQB3911 is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and initial efficacy in patients with BCR::ABL-positive leukemias[2][3][4][6].
