Overview

TQB3912 is an oral small molecule antineoplastic agent under development by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. It functions as a protein kinase inhibitor and is being investigated primarily for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative breast cancer, particularly in advanced or metastatic settings. The drug is currently in phase I/II clinical trials, often studied in combination with fulvestrant and/or TQB3616 capsules. Its mechanism involves inhibition of phosphorylated protein kinases relevant to tumor growth and progression[1][3][4]. Additional studies are evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced malignant tumors[1][2][4].
