Overview

TQB3915 is a selective estrogen receptor covalent antagonist (SERCA) developed as an oral small molecule therapy. It works by selectively and covalently binding to the estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), altering its conformation, and inhibiting its activity. This mechanism blocks intracellular signal transmission mediated by ERα, thereby inhibiting the growth and survival of ERα-expressing tumor cells. The drug is being investigated primarily for advanced malignant solid tumors, including breast cancer[1][2][3][4].
