TQB6411 is an **antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)** that targets both the **epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)** and **c-Met** (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), designed for intravenous administration. The antibody component binds the EGFR and c-Met receptors on tumor cells, blocking their signaling pathways, which are key drivers of cancer proliferation, especially in lung cancer. Upon internalization, the drug component induces DNA damage and cell death. Preclinical data demonstrate its ability to suppress tumor growth, including in EGFR/c-Met positive cells with varying resistance levels, with in vivo efficacy greater than comparator AZD9592. TQB6411 also exhibits antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and a "bystander effect" from its cytotoxic payload, DDDXD. The drug is primarily in development for advanced malignant tumors, including lung cancer, and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials[1][3][5][7][9].
