Overview

TQB6426 is a glypican-3 (GPC3)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) independently developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group. It is designed to treat advanced malignancies, particularly those expressing GPC3, such as hepatocellular carcinoma. The drug consists of a monoclonal antibody specific for GPC3 conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. Upon binding to GPC3 on the surface of tumor cells, the ADC is internalized, leading to the intracellular release of the payload and subsequent cell death. Preclinical studies have shown potent anti-tumor activity and a favorable safety profile. It is currently in Phase I clinical development to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in patients with advanced solid tumors.
