Overview

TQB6457 is a Class 1 innovative biologic developed by Chia Tai Tianqing (CTTQ). It is a first-in-class fixed-dose combination formulation consisting of a CCR8 monoclonal antibody and a PD-1 monoclonal antibody. TQB6457 is designed to target advanced malignant tumors by simultaneously depleting tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) via CCR8 targeting and blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathway, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The drug received implied clinical trial approval from China's CDE in March 2026 and is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
