Overview

**TQG202** is a recombinant human coagulation **factor VIII** (FVIII) product with a **B-domain deleted** structure, designed for the treatment of **hemophilia A**. It functions by replacing the deficient or defective FVIII in patients, thereby restoring normal blood clotting to prevent or control bleeding episodes. Developed by **Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical** under license from **Alphamab**, it has demonstrated **bioequivalence** to **Xyntha** (another B-domain-deleted recombinant FVIII), effective bleeding control in on-demand treatment for moderate/severe cases, and promising efficacy with good tolerability in prophylaxis for severe hemophilia A.[3][5][1]
