Overview

TQH3906 is an oral small molecule kinase inhibitor under development primarily for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis and inflammatory bowel diseases, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Its mechanism of action is as a phosphotransferase (kinase) inhibitor, with some sources specifically identifying it as a TYK2 (tyrosine kinase 2) inhibitor. The drug is being developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group and Nanjing Shunxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., both based in China. As of early 2025, TQH3906 has reached Phase II clinical trials for plaque psoriasis and Phase I trials for inflammatory bowel diseases[1][2][5][7]. It is administered orally in capsule form.
