TR-002 is a bisaminoquinoline derivative being developed by the University of California, Davis. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced, unresectable, or metastatic solid tumors, including refractory pancreatic adenocarcinoma. As a chemotherapy agent, TR-002 is designed to inhibit tumor cell growth by inducing cell death, halting cell division, and preventing the spread of cancer cells. The drug is administered via weekly intravenous infusion.
