Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is an experimental multi-drug combination regimen consisting of eight targeted anticancer agents: trastuzumab and pertuzumab (monoclonal antibodies targeting HER2), erlotinib (EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor), vemurafenib and cobimetinib (BRAF and MEK inhibitors, respectively), vismodegib (Hedgehog pathway inhibitor), alectinib (ALK inhibitor), and atezolizumab (PD-L1 inhibitor). It was evaluated in the My Pathway trial (NCT02091141), an open-label phase IIA basket study for genomically matched therapies in advanced solid tumors, assigning drugs based on tumor molecular profiles such as HER2 amplification, EGFR mutations, BRAF V600 mutations, Hedgehog pathway alterations, ALK rearrangements, or high PD-L1 expression. No unique brand name exists for this specific eight-drug mix; it represents a hypothetical or maximally broad targeted therapy cocktail without established clinical use as a fixed combination.[11]
