Trastuzumab rezetecan + camrelizumab is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of HER2-positive muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma (bladder cancer). The regimen consists of **trastuzumab rezetecan** (SHR-A1811), a HER2-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and **camrelizumab** (SHR-1210), an anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor. Trastuzumab rezetecan utilizes a humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (rezetecan) via a cleavable linker. Camrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, thereby restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. This combination aims to synergize the direct cytotoxic effects of the ADC with the immune-potentiating activity of the checkpoint inhibitor to improve pathological complete response rates in the perioperative setting.
