travoprost + latanoprost + bimatoprost

This is not a standard combination therapy. Travoprost, latanoprost, and bimatoprost are three distinct prostaglandin analog medications used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Each reduces intraocular pressure (IOP) primarily by increasing uveoscleral outflow. Clinical studies have shown that these medications have similar mechanisms of action and comparable efficacy when used individually. While combinations of two prostaglandins (such as bimatoprost added to latanoprost or travoprost added to latanoprost) have shown additive effects in some studies, the use of all three simultaneously is not a standard clinical practice and may not provide additional benefits beyond using just one or two.
