Overview

TRB-031 is a preclinical-stage biologic candidate designed to modulate regulatory T cell (Treg) pathways to restore immune homeostasis. Discovered using TRexBio's proprietary Deep Biology platform, the drug is intended for the treatment of immune-mediated diseases, including various autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. In early 2023, Eli Lilly and Company exercised its option to exclusively license TRB-031, along with two other Treg-targeting programs (TRB-041 and TRB-051), from TRexBio. At the time of the licensing agreement, TRB-031 was in the IND-enabling stage of development.
