Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TREG-Derm-2 is a preclinical-stage tolerogenic immunotherapy being developed by TregTherapeutics for the treatment of dermatological autoimmune diseases. The therapeutic is based on the company's proprietary TILAC (Tolerance Induction via Linked Adjuvant/Cytokine conjugate) platform, which utilizes an alum-based adjuvant conjugated to an anti-inflammatory cytokine. This platform is designed to shift the dendritic cell microenvironment from immunogenic to tolerogenic signaling, promoting the expansion of regulatory T cells (Tregs) and retraining the immune system to restore immune tolerance without causing broad immunosuppression.
