triamcinolone acetonide + curcumin

A combination therapy consisting of triamcinolone acetonide (a synthetic corticosteroid) and curcumin (a natural polyphenol derived from turmeric). This combination is primarily used for treating oral lichen planus (OLP), particularly erosive and ulcerative forms. The combination has demonstrated superior efficacy compared to triamcinolone acetonide alone in reducing symptoms, decreasing lesion size, and improving inflammatory markers.
