Triamcinolone hexacetonide + yttrium-90 is a combination therapy used for intra-articular injection, primarily in the management of chronic inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. However, clinical trials have not conclusively demonstrated that this combination offers significant advantages over either agent alone[1][3].
