Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TriBsyn is a proprietary, patent-pending carnosine booster formulated to significantly enhance the bioavailability and absorption of beta-alanine while eliminating the common side effect of paresthesia (tingling) associated with conventional beta-alanine supplementation. Developed using CarnoSyn beta-alanine and Hydro Oleo technology, TriBsyn enables efficacious dosing at much lower volumes—achieving over four times higher plasma beta-alanine levels compared to standard formulations. This allows for improved muscle function, cognitive performance, and healthy aging support, particularly benefiting older adults, individuals on plant-based diets, and users of GLP-1 receptor agonists who may be at risk for muscle mass loss. Clinical trials have demonstrated that a 400 mg dose of TriBsyn outperforms both equivalent and higher doses of conventional beta-alanine in terms of bioavailability while eliminating paresthesia[1][3][4][5][6][7].
