Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TriCellPr-AC07** is an investigational, allogeneic human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stromal cell injection developed for knee osteoarthritis. The product is manufactured using a three-dimensional cell-culture process and is intended for local intra-articular administration. Its proposed therapeutic activity is regenerative and immunomodulatory: administered mesenchymal stromal cells may support cartilage repair and alter the inflammatory joint microenvironment through paracrine secretion of growth factors and anti-inflammatory mediators. The product received Chinese clinical-trial authorization for knee osteoarthritis in April 2025, and a registered early-phase study evaluates imaging-based tracking of SPIO-labeled administered cells in affected knee joints.
