Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of trilaciclib (a CDK 4/6 inhibitor) with R-CHOP (rituximab + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + prednisone). Trilaciclib is designed to protect hematopoietic stem cells from chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression by temporarily arresting these cells during chemotherapy exposure. R-CHOP is a standard immunochemotherapy regimen for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, particularly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The combination aims to maintain the efficacy of R-CHOP while reducing chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression.
