Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Trilagavit is a fixed-dose combination of three essential neurotropic B vitamins: thiamine (vitamin B1), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). Developed and marketed by Lagap, it is approved for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B deficiencies and associated neurological disorders. These include neuritis, neuralgia, diabetic polyneuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, sciatica, and herpes zoster. Thiamine, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin play synergistic roles in maintaining nervous system health, supporting nerve regeneration, myelin sheath repair, and neurotransmitter synthesis.
