TRIM3 is a synthetic regeneration-inducing peptide developed by StemRIM. It is designed for systemic administration to promote tissue repair by mobilizing the patient's own mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from the bone marrow into the peripheral blood. Once in circulation, these stem cells accumulate at sites of tissue damage to facilitate regeneration. TRIM3 is currently in the preclinical stage of development and is intended for a wide range of diseases involving tissue damage across multiple organs and systems. Unlike StemRIM's lead candidate Redasemtide (TRIM2), which targets HMGB1, the specific molecular target of TRIM3 has not been publicly disclosed.
