Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Trimabion is a nutritional supplement developed and manufactured by the Indonesian pharmaceutical company Triman. It is formulated as a combination of neurotropic vitamins, specifically vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). These vitamins are essential for maintaining the structural and functional integrity of the nervous system: vitamin B1 is involved in carbohydrate metabolism and nerve fiber maintenance; vitamin B6 acts as a cofactor in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters; and vitamin B12 is critical for cell maturation and the maintenance of the myelin sheath. Trimabion is primarily indicated for nutritional supplementation and the support of nerve health.
