Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Trinity Elite Allograft is a third-generation cellular bone allograft (CBA) developed by Orthofix Medical and processed by MTF Biologics. It is designed as an alternative to autograft for bone grafting procedures, particularly in spinal fusion (cervical and lumbar) and foot and ankle arthrodesis. The product provides the three essential components for bone formation: an osteoconductive scaffold (cancellous bone matrix), osteoinductive potential (demineralized bone fibers containing growth factors like BMP-2), and osteogenic cells (viable mesenchymal stem cells, osteoprogenitor cells, and osteoblasts). It utilizes FiberLock technology for moldable handling without added carriers and is cryopreserved to maintain high cell viability (≥70%).
