Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Trinity Evolution** is a cryopreserved, viable cellular bone allograft for surgical treatment of musculoskeletal defects and use as a bone-graft substitute in orthopedic fusion and reconstruction procedures. It consists of allogeneic cancellous bone containing viable osteogenic cells, including mesenchymal stem cells and osteoprogenitor cells, together with a demineralized cortical bone component. The product is intended to support bone formation through osteoconduction from its cancellous scaffold, osteoinduction associated with the demineralized bone matrix, and osteogenesis from retained viable bone-forming cells. It was developed and distributed by Orthofix and processed by MTF Biologics.
