**Trinocard** is an oral fixed-dose tablet containing the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor ramipril, the dihydropyridine calcium-channel blocker amlodipine, and the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor atorvastatin. In Italy, it is authorized as substitution therapy for adults with hypertension associated with primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed hyperlipidemia who are already adequately controlled on the same doses of the three individual medicines taken concomitantly.
